Properties open for tours include:

  1. Livestock Exchange Building - 4920 S. 30th St.
    Exterior and interior rehabilitation into mixed commercial and residential – restored ballroom and dining room – office floors converted to residential housing – commercial spaces converted to One World Health Clinic
  2. Kornig-Tiritilli Law Office - 1266 S. 13th St.
    Exterior and interior rehabilitation including basement into mixed commercial and residential – salvaged and reinstalled tile floor and tin ceiling – preserved wood parquet floors
  3. Residence - 1315 S. 8th St.
    Interior restoration – removal of ceiling tiles and restored plaster ceilings • reused salvaged house parts – period appropriate restored bathroom and kitchen
  4. First National Bank – 4827 S. 24th St.
    Exterior and interior restoration including basement – removed floor infill to restored two-story space – maintained apartment layout in office space – restored terra cotta • repointed facades – reused door hardware
  5. Residence – 3609 S. 20th St.
    Interior restoration – restored period appropriate stair
  6. Windshield Survey
    In addition to the sites listed above, our popular Windshield Survey will be included filled with points of interest to see as you cruise through beautiful South Omaha.
