    An unproven Sears house with many of the original built-ins.
  2. 3413 Webster
    Owner attended the 2005 Restore Omaha conference and was inspired. Interior preserved and restored.
  3. 621 N 36th Street
    Interior preserved and restored.
  4. Joslyn Castle Neighborhood

  5. Joslyn Castle - 3902 Davenport
    Restoration of Morning Room, Gold Room and the windows
  6. 518 N 40 St.
    Restoration and renovation of an apartment above a retail space.
  7. 4110 Davenport
    Home features restored woodwork, a period interior paint scheme and a preserved fireplace
  8. 365 N 41st Ave
    A period exterior paint scheme and a restored interior including period wallpaper and refinished wood floors
  9. Bemis Park Neighborhood

  10. 1041 N 34th St
    Home features a period paint scheme, original windows, second floor restroom and woodwork plus refinished oak floors and restored period kitchen cabinets.
  11. 1043 N 34th St
    Exterior renovation and an addition approved by the Landmarks Commission
  12. 3401 Hawthorne Ave
    Vinyl siding removal and restoration of wood siding plus a period paint scheme.
  13. 3704 Hawthorne St.
    Example of a former multi-unit dwelling turned back to a single family home. Home includes period fixtures, an entry area, wood paneling and original radiators. Refinished woodwork throughout and the original garage
  14. Augustana Lutheran Church - 3647 Lafayette Ave
    Exterior and interior preserved.

    Tour tickets will arrive shortly before the conference and include the tour guidelines.
